Earlier today I met with staff from the Division of Communication and Marketing to let them know that Cassie Mathes, who has served as vice chancellor for that division, will be stepping away from that role to pursue other opportunities.



Effective immediately, Vice Chancellor and CIO Vicki Farnsworth will assume the role of Interim Vice Chancellor for this division.



I am grateful to Cassie for her service and to Vicki for her willingness to step in to ensure the University's momentum is sustained. We wish Cassie well in her future endeavors and will keep the campus community updated as we move forward.
