If you have the luxury of putting this db in a different group or
changing the security matrix for the existing group you can:

:NEWGROUP DBREAD;ACCESS=(R,L:ANY)

Or, probably easier, you could simply add and ACD to the root file.

ALTSEC MYDB;NEWACD=(R,L:@.@)

I just did a quick check on a test db. I have not used this approach in
production so I'm not sure what other ramifications an ACD on the root
file may have.
