Donna,
What date is on your tape? I was called by Nobix last Wednesday and the
told me to throw away the tape I received from the dated Dec 2, 1999 (I
think this was the date I tore the label off yesterday) Then they sent me
another tape dated:
Wed. Dec 22, 1999 - This fixed a bug they found in the last one. I
installed it over the weekend and it works well. I do not get the same
display you are getting when I enter STATUS.
