IMAGE-Error: DBG DISABLED and System-Halt

Hi all,

today is really not our day #@*!!!

we had 2 System Halts. (979/200 with MPE/iX 6.0 PP1)
The second Abort was preceded by a lot of the following error-messages:

DBG  DISABLED;  POTENTIAL  DAMAGE;  ONLY  DBCLOSE  ALLOWED

Then the system crashed, and our DAT for the DUMP had media-errors, so
there is no DUMP available.
I started now DBCHECK-Jobs and ANALYSE Jobs (they will run for hours),
to see if the databases are
OK.

Any ideas what could be the reason for DBG DISABLED???

Any help is appreciated.
