I think if the GPS systems had been advanced to the point that non-military
devices had a resolution of less than 1 foot, we would have heard about it
from numerous other reputable sources, like your stockbroker for instance.

Its easy to know we should only believe 1/2 of what we hear, it is only hard
to know which half.
