Just forward that number to one of those $100-per-minute "500" numbers.
I understand that the Caller pays the cost of the forward and not the
forwarder. The owner should move REAL QUICK to correct the problem when
he gets a $50,000 phone bill...
Of course, you could install call-block and just block that number...
