The FCOPY TITLE string is limited to 68 characters. For an output line of
132 characters, that's a drag.

Is there some work-around to print a longer heading line? I can edit the
file being FCOPYied, but then the heading will print only once, and not on
every page as the TITLE would.

I do not have access to Suprtool, Quiz, etc. MPEX seems to use MPE/ix's
FCOPY in bulk, so I assume the same 68-character limit will apply.
