I get these same notices on an intermittent basis, anywhere from 5 to 11
months in advance, and once over a year in advance when I had taken a
previous "deal" for 2 year membership. It gets annoying, as our
accountants have to check each time to see if it was already paid. They
have actually not paid a valid (roughly the right time) invoice because they
had previously received some I told them were not to be paid. Probably
delays as much cash flow as it generates, unless some firms just pay them,
because they come from a "reputable and trusted" supplier.
