Hi Allen,

mover and tar files should be bytestream files with:
  - filecode = 0 (no file code)
  - record size = -1 (1 byte per record)
  - type = "BA" (bytestream, ascii)

Once transferred to the 3000 the contents is extracted
similarly (from the shell):
   mover xvf mover.archive.file
   tar xvf tar. archive.file

BTW, CSY is no longer using mover (although there are still plenty
of mover files on Jazz -- another project ;).  We recommend using
Store-to-disk or tar.
