Let say, between year 2000 to 2028(1900+128) 
OS revise this intrinsic, base on 2000 not 1900..

The documentation for both the calendar and the almanac intrinsic say the
year part is the year of the century. Is this REALLY REALLY correct or is it
actually the year since 1900?
