I believe this file is only present if the subsystem that does the autoboot
is installed (I forget the product). Perhaps when you upgraded, this
subsystem was not included?
Could be wrong though, as this is a shot in the dark (it's that little voice
in my head that is answering this one).

Subject: install 6.0 - missing autoboot.mpexl
Hello everybody,
After the installation of one server, I try to add some patchs, and
I face
a strange message before creating the CSLT :
missing file autoboot.mpexl.sys
This file is an ascii contains only
start norecovery group=config
I have install more or less 12 servers on mpeix 6.0 and it was the
first
time
this file was missing.
Any one have an idea ?
TIA
