>All points here are truly valid. It seems our views and perceptions of a
great many things have already been formed due to our own individual
experiences in life. Because of my experiences and exposure to others
experiences, my opinion is formed. My opinion is that children or teens
are "more" disrespectful when it happens to us. Children face more
opinions openly than they did when I grew up- Thankful for freedom of
speech? (They have been exposed to more) They have more decisions to make.
I blamed my parents as well. It was their fault that I was sheltered and
unknowledgeable of certain things. There comes a time when we must all
"grow up" and not worry about who's fault it is, but make the choice to be
someone who does something about it.
