Many of the UTC family who know and love Sandra Black, Hamilton County
Education Department, will grieve to hear of her death and will want to
express sympathy to her family.  Visitation will be Friday, December 17,
from 2:00-8:00 p.m. at Chattanooga Funeral Home, North Chapel on Highway
153.  The funeral will be Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at Hixson United Methodist
Church.
