Posted to Powerh-L (and to HP3000-L just in case.)

I'm trying to reverse engineer a KSAM file into a
Powerhouse Dictionary, save that the file's design
has a non-contiguous key. There is a field that
is inserted between two key fields.

Normally I would add the bogus field as another key
but the file has already used the maximum of 8 keys.

I was thinking of concatenating one of the two adjacent
fields into a faux key field for dictionary purposes.
Will this work?

7 of the keys are an arrayed field of 7. I also figure
I can fool the dictionary by using seven unique field
names ending in a number 1 through 7. Will this also
work?

This is a Compatibility Mode KSAM File.

(It seems like the designer of this file went to certain
lengths to ensure it could never be used in Powerhouse.)
