spool files within an account

    I am trying to allow multiple groups within an account to see all of
the spool files that has been generated by the account. Giving these
groups AM privileges is more than I (and especially the auditors) want
to give to these groups. If I do a LISTF,3 on the OUT.HPSPOOL, I see
that all of the security is based on the creator. Is there a way to
change just the READ access automatically.
