In a CM COBOL program (that used to work before I made some modifications),
a call to the COMMAND intrinsic is apparently failing with Condition-Code of
CCG ("denied. An executor dependent error..."). However, the values returned
in cmderror and cmdparm are zero for both.

All I am trying to do is to issue a file equation. The command image is:

"FILE TFQVOIDS;DEV=LP,08,01<cr>"

I said "apparently failing" as the file equation is actually set.

I note that HPCICOMMAND does not set a Condition-Code at all but relies on
the program checking the error number returned.

Any insight will be appreciated.
