Need a Recommendation,

I have been trying for several years to get my concrete driveway repaired
where a tree root has lifted the drive way about 8 inches.  I can't find
anyone who will give me a written bid and then follow through on the job.
Has anyone out there had any luck finding dependable craftsmen in the
concrete arena?
