I'd like to echo Sam's thanks to the computing and networking folks that
worked to make this a smooth transition. Also, I'd like to add that while
the Student Technology Fee paid for 1/2 of this, CECA (Center of Excellence
for Computer Applications) paid for the rest. So thanks to the students
and to CECA!

I'd like to take the time to thank Jeff, and all the hardworking people
over at network services for easing us into this much needed bandwidth
transition. I am sure that there were many issues that needed to be
solved, that we were not aware off.
There have been many of us that have been waiting with bated breaths for
this, after watching speeds decline year by year. Thanks to the Technology
Fee, our wait is now over, and our dreams reality.
