You did not use VOLUTIL as it seems. This means that your system volume
set is either only a single LDEV or your SYSGEN IO configuration has all
the other system volume set members configured via AVOL commands (which
causes MPE/iX to automatically initialize the system volumes after the
INSTALL). You also might want to check DISCFREE C for the configured PERM
and TRANS percentage values now. They might default to 75% (which can be
quite conservative/low for larger disc drives).
