Should almost always be translated to-> YOU HAVE A NETWORK PROBLEM

Do a linkcontrol @;status=reset
count 30 mississippi
and repeat the linkcontrol @;status=reset (this gives the counters for the
last 30 seconds)
Look for errors, retransmits, and bandwidth saturation.
