To create a fully functional HP3000 system from a Sysgen tape you need the following stored on the Sysgen tape (according to
the HPRC):

1. The sysgen files themselves
2. The Sys account minus those files already stored by Sysgen (RTM for a list)
3. And this is the interesting one... The Telesup account.

Apparently certain programs in Telesup are version and sometimes, I think, patch level specific. Thus some of the Telesup
programs from 5.0 will not work with 5.5. Thus spake the HPRC.

This makes sense, particularly with programs like FSCHECK that fiddle with the file system.
