I just got off with HP, they said to run AUTOINST;NMSTACK=1000000.

That did the job, I was also told to change the NMSTACK in sysgen miscellaneous section to: 393216 from the old value of 262144.

I wish good luck to anyone else who want to update their system in the HP suggested time of 3 hours.
