;LIB=G  Look for library in the group where the program resides
;LIB=P  Look for library in the PUB group of the account where program resides
;LIB=S  Look for library in PUB.SYS (the default)

If you use P, it checks PUB.ACCT first, and then PUB.SYS
If you use G, it checks GROUP.ACCT, then PUB.ACCT and finally PUB.SYS
