If you have IMAGE/SQL (not just plain TurboIMAGE), then it should be
possible to use ISQL UNLOAD TO EXTERNAL and LOAD FROM EXTERNAL to move
dataset contents between database and ASCII files. Not sure if this
counts as "using MPE tools", though ;-)
