Sunday night my wife ordered some clothing for our kids from
LandsEnd, using their 800-number. It just arrived at my
office this morning! And while we've ordered from them before,
I've always been amazed with LandsEnd's impressive service. I
also believe that their use of SGA's MACS system on the HP3000
plays an important role in their ability to provide such
top-notch service!

There are a lot of other great companies which use this combination
of software and hardware as well. Another that comes to mind that I
order from frequently is the U.S. Mint. Its always fun to surprise
the customer service person by being able to tell them the name of
their software and hardware that they are using to enter my order.
