We're supposed to convert from our legacy HP3000-based applications to
an Oracle/Unix based ERP soon, so I'd have broadcast this farewell
sooner or later.  As it turns out, I got a call out of the blue a few
weeks ago from an Oracle/unix site and have decided to move on.  Thanks
to all for your advice, jokes and both on- and off-topic edification.
