Well I don't know about daylight savings time, but I checked my watch for Y2K
compliance. I can set the year from 95 to 38, in other words 1995 to 2038.
After that it is useless, or is it? It never displays the year. I can set
the year, but it after it is set, the year is not displayed. Since there are
28 different calendars in the Gregorian calendars (7 days * 4 years), in 2039,
I would just have to figure out which year had the same calendar as 2039. That
would be 2011. So I would set the watch to the year 2011 and everything would
work until 2039 again (which would be 2066 in reality.)

If you watch or fax machine or VCR is not Y2K compliant, all you need to do is
set the year to 1972 and it will be fine. Of course, if you send a fax and it
sends the date, the recipient might think the fax was in transit for 28 years!

Kind regards,

Denys. . .
