Jim,

Who are you using now for your voice and data? We are in the process of
changing carriers for our voice and wanted someone for data (frame relay)
and CBLD is pretty competitive with several of the others on Frame and a wee
higher on voice where Qwest seems to be low on the voice and very much
higher on the frame. We are dumping MCI asap...
