I've managed to gibble the ImageSQL connection between an Image
database and Allbase DBE.

DBUTIL reports the database connected, but ImageSQL says their not.

When I try to re-attach in ImageSQL I get an error:
ALLBASE/SQL CREATE TABLE command failed (ATCERR 32353).
  Table/View WHDB.TERMS already exists.  (DBERR 2207)

When I try to drop these tables by hand from ISQL I get:
Command not allowed on TurboIMAGE table.  (DBERR 13502)

..nor can I delete them from  SYSTEM.TABLE (although I probably
shouldn't be messing around in there anyways)

This is our test environment, but I really don't want to have to
purge and re-create the DBE, and this still may not solve the problem
as the database will still thinks it attached.
