I want to take a copy of my system SL, update the live SL and if it's
screwed put the copy back. Is there anyway i can do this without doing an
UPDATE from tape. Or put another way, if i have a single session on the CPU
which is accessing no programs or other files (apart from the obvious
$stdlist/$stdin) why is my system SL still being accessed ??. Secondly - is
the system SL only used for CM programs. I'm on MPE/iX 5.5
Many thanks,
