If you are currently enrolled in one of the health insurance plans offered
by the University, you will receive information packets from
BlueCross/BlueShield and John Deere, the new HMO vendor, via mail at your
home. PLEASE DO NOT DISCARD THESE PACKETS, AS WE WILL BE UNABLE TO REPLACE
THEM DUE TO A LIMITED SUPPLY WE MUST RESERVE FOR NEW EMPLOYEES.
Also, the Division of Insurance Administration is revising the insurance
enrollment/change form. The revised form will be needed to make changes
during annual enrollment. WHEN THE REVISED FORM IS RECEIVED WE WILL SEND A
NOTICE TO ALL EMPLOYEES.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ANNUAL ENROLLMENT STARTS OCTOBER 15. WE CANNOT
ACCEPT/PROCESS ANY ANNUAL ENROLLMENT CHANGES BEFORE THIS DATE.
