You need to change the HP-IB address on the printer  from 7 to 6 - or, you
need to change the hardware path of ldev 5 sysgen io configuration on your
947 from 16.0.6 to 16.0.7.

The latter option may require a reboot if the "doionow" command after the
sysgen changes do not work.

The first option would not require a reboot.
