It is important to note here that the order in which reactive patch and
PowerPatch tapes are loaded does not affect the order the patches get
installed. The qualification process insures that the most forward patch in
the patch tree (a set of patches that touch similar components) gets
installed. In other words, if your reactive patch supersedes something off
the PowerPatch tape, then Patch/iX will qualify the reactive one and
disqualify the other.
