Hello list members.

Since this is such a phenomenal resource, myself and the
Analysts' supervisor thought it would be a wise idea to kick
this out to the list while we attempt to determine the source
of our problem.

While searching a recent system log file for errors or activity
related to a problem I was researching, I noticed an exceptional
amount of errors that read :

(BTW, this is from a log file I used SYSDIAG/LOGTOOL/SWITCHLOG to create
for a duration of approximately 3-5 minutes)

Also, the device numbers are not constant and change frequently in the listing.
If anyone is familiar with this problem, or has any advice as to a method of
narrowing down and resolving the issue, it would be greatly appreciated !!!!
