Maybe it was done by foreign born college students working as summer
interns at Client Systems. We had a couple here a while back who did a
whole slew of reports for us, but their English skills were somewhat
lacking and some of the report headings were quite humorous. My favorite
was the delinquent billing report, titled, "People Who No Pay."
I agree, it needs a bit of rework.
