Dear all,

Thanks very much for all your help on this matter of a user being stuck
logged on. I have tried everything to boot this user but with no success, it
is very hard to reboot our machines as we are a 24-7 company and the system
is needed to be running continually.

But we are going to have to reboot anyway because we have a important
printer hung on a non existent spool file. We have tried everything to get
the printer to print, HP have looked at it said we will have to reboot.

Does anyone have any ideas on this one, to save us having to reboot?
