This may be true, but atleast with a hurricane you have a few days
notice.  Also, I must add that Andrew was a once every 20 years
hurricane.  Definitely the exception and not the rule.  As a 31 year
resident of South Louisiana, Andrew was the worst I can remember
and my parents can name only one or two others that were as bad
or worse than Andrew.
