Hee...PSHAW !  "..a nice cool break.." ?  I was here one year
and it was -30 with the wind chill.  Thats more intense than
a nice cool break.  I live in northeast Ohio as well.  Shaker
Heights/Cleveland area.  And the heat this summer, in N.E.
Ohio, was way hotter and stickier than a large part of Los Angeles
is on average during the summer.

BTW, I'm not advocating either place.  I'm thankful wherever
I dwell =)
