I've been asked this by other people, and no, I'm not aware of anybody
having ported it.
My vague impression is that this would be non-trivial, because MPE POSIX
doesn't support pseudo terminals the way Unix OSes do. (I use the word
"vague" because I have no experience porting terminal I/O intensive POSIX
applications.)
