If what we are talking about is struggles with Interex it seems to me that

1.      Interex is moving to become more like HP Server Comdex.  What is
wrong with that as long as the advocacy is with the users.  How much that
the board does or even the by-laws effect the advocacy.
2.      If we can have the advocacy and the sharing of the group, which we
have via the Internet, and leave the shows to Interex then is there
something wrong with that?  It seems that advocacy, in the form of
suggestions and priority to the HP internal people and ourselves, seems to
be working mostly outside of the Interex organization.

Seems like some people are wanting the change the form of government (users
group) when what we have is not that bad.  As one person so reminds me so
often, we vote with our dollars.  Every time you go to the store you are
voting for a company or product.  We vote with our support dollars and our
user fees.  If what you are voting for is not what you want then we need to
change and adjust.

What would really make the complainers happy or will they always complain?
