Call Transfer is accomplished by performing a FLASH_HOOK ( momentary depress
and release of the Hook or "hang up button") then dial the number you are
transferring the call to ; once you hear ringing , you may announce the
caller you are transferring or you may hang up and automatically connect the
transferred party to the called party.
