When the DTC's are power cycled, they send out a boot request that contains
the MAC address of the DTC. The system, or OV DTC Manager, that has a DTC
configured with this MAC address will respond to the boot request. This
address is configured on the HP3000 in the NMCONFIG.PUB.SYS file with NMMGR
for each DTC to be downloaded by that HP3000.

To get the DTC to download from the 'new' system, copy or create the DTC
configuration with NMMGR on the new system. Delete the configuration for
that DTC on the 'old' system. There must be only one system on the LAN that
is configured with the given MAC address. If more than one system has a DTC
configured with a given MAC address, there is a race condition on who will
download the DTC.

Power cycle the DTC and it will download from the new system.
