which is worse? dtc's or openview dtc manager...? you
don't need to really answer, it's a rhetorical question....

we're running openview dtc manager (odm), version 14.1. i
want to update to 14.4 mostly because i enjoy the pain :-)
first question:
 - is there some particular advantage to using odm instead
of hostbased management? or visa versa? (i'm thinking it
might be easier/better to quit using odm....)
second:
 - so let's say i keep on using odm.... is the update
process smooth enough to risk doing it on *the* odm pc? or
should i fire up a second pc? (what about the side effects
of having two odm pc's up on the network?)
third:
 - can i go home yet? (yup, another rhetorical
question...:-) - d
