The sale included
DCM/Pak
Maestro
SpoolMate
Roadrunner

They purchased Formation last year.

ROC has NO mpe developers, but "plans" on hiring 10 (good luck).  Spoolmate
still has Y2K problems, and Maestro doesn't support the enhanced Symphony
file used on their other platforms causing problems with interoperability.

yes, tivoli sold off the entire mpe product line -- roadrunner was
included.  the new owners are roc software in austin texas.
