Good method to determine the logical access by file. Utility available at:
http://www.allegro.com/software/

FILERPT is a log file analyzer. It has since been superceded by the REDWOOD
Tool, but this version is free. Its main focus is on "File Close" records

The files at the top of the list are the best candidates for performance
tuning.

Is the file you are interested in an Image dataset? Then the data would be
in the log file if you were logging. Otherwise, AFAIK, this is a fairly
expensive method to track file usage by user.
