NEWS.COM reports that a preliminary injunction has been issued
against HP over the use of "MC" in HP's mass storage products:

        The lawsuit stems from HP's May 5 introduction of storage products
        intended to compete with EMC's. The products are named "HP SureStore
        E Disk Array MC256" and are referred to by HP as "E MC256."
