Orbit is THE best online backup, IMHO.  It sounds like one of two things
are going on, either you didn't buy the online portion of the backup, or
you aren't making use of it.  I would call Orbit support and make sure what
you have first, and if you don't have it, get a quote for what the online
option is going to cost you.  I've been using Orbit for 10 or more years,
and I love it.
