Today Apple filed a second of its "look and feel" infringement suits,
although this time it's against a new Korean startup company called
Futurepower. One of the systems that they'll be offering later this summer
looks very much like the iMac and is equally fully self-contained, with the
differences being that this one is Wintel-based (with a 500 MHz Celeron
processor), complete with a floppy, for $799. It really doesn't look half bad
-- and that's probably 99 of the first 100 reasons Apple filed suit.
