The motor bearings on one of the Central Plant chillers went out today.
The repair parts should be here by noon Tuesday.  The service technicians
plan to have the chiller running by Tuesday night provided no further
problems are found.  It will then take us at least twelve hours to get the
water temperatures to normal.  In the meantime we are circulating chilled
water, but with the Plant at half capacity temperatures in the buildings
will be high.  We apologize for the conditions in the buildings and will
keep you advised of the Plant status.
