The attached Facilities Planning Bulletin contains information on the key
projects that facilities will be involved in for the current week.  This
document will be updated and published as often as necessary to keep the
Campus Community abreast of our activities, progress, and priorities. 

We ask for your feedback on our bulletins so we can work to minimize
inconveniences and interruptions to campus routines.  We also ask that you
let us know how we have done on projects for you or for your department.

We will be happy to receive requests and trouble reports by e-mail,
however, work that will be charged to the requester will necessitate the
submitting of a Facilities Planning Work Request Form with budget
authorization.

All members of the UTC Family are our eyes and ears so we urge you to
report all problems concerning buildings or grounds even if you think they
have already been reported.
